From looking at different articles his philosophy is expressed by creating a working culture that is an equal playing field and one that collaborates to innovate. He also actively encourages employees to pursue a sport they love. And by doing this he has a culture of sports lovers and having employees that use the products as well. Therefore, having a tight bond with the brand and understanding how to create better designs.
It is also expressed in the way the philosophy makes the culture and relationships organic and gives freedom of design to showcase people's personality rather than creating something just as its your job. Which creates this relationship with the product as recently discussed.
Evaluating this the philosophy is operationalised by allowing staff to be independent and trusting / investing in them to do the work. This is done in the workplace but with a more lenient approach but still having to match the company's values. So it is expressed very well by Yvon with his company Patagonia.
